CAN VAPING HELP WITH ANXIETY?

Dealing with all this stress is well, stressful. For a lot of us, that means finding products we enjoy to help de-stress from this constant anguish, and that means vaping. From herbal medications like medical marijuana and wax to CBD, vaping provides a unique versatility to how you enjoy the products you love – as well as a host of other benefits. But can vaping actually assist with your mental health and feelings of anxiety? When you consider the advantages of vaping over other methods, it becomes clear why so many turn to it as their preferred choice. Unlike smoking,  nicotine for vape  e-liquid allows you to control to a much greater degree how much nicotine you’re actually receiving. How Many People Vape Around The World?

Ever since the introduction of e-cigarettes, vaping usage has exploded around the world. For those who vape, the practice can seem lonely at times. Just how many members belong to this club? How many people vape around the world today? How many own vape kits? This is exactly what we wanted to find out. Since the vaping market is relatively new, user research is still relatively thin and underdeveloped. After researching a ton of awesome source...

Emotion Dysregulation of Women with Premenstrual Syndrome

The aim of the current study was to test whether women with premenstrual syndrome (PMS) had difficulties in emotion regulation. In Study 1, we investigated the relationship between the habitual use of emotion-regulation strategies and the severity of PMS ( n  = 230). The results showed that the severity of PMS was negatively associated with the habitual use of reappraisal, but positively associated with the habitual use of suppression. In Study 2, we first investigated the difference in the spontaneous use of suppression versus reappraisal between women with ( n  = 42) and without PMS ( n  = 42) when watching sad film clips. Then we instructed some participants (PMS group = 20, healthy group = 21) to use reappraisal to regulate their emotions induced by a second sad film clip, and the other participants were asked to watch the second film clip freely (PMS group = 22, healthy group = 21).  The menstrual cycle is a normal physiological process that all women experience and is ch...
